Good Call - Autonet achieve "Highly Commended" call centre award

Many congratulations to Autonet Insurance Group, for achieving 'Highly Commended' in the ‘Best Use of Technology’ category in the Midlands & Yorkshire Contact Centre Awards 2016!

We’re proud to have played a small part in their success. It's a real achievement to be 'podium finishers' when the outright winner had a team of 30 people and other entrants were huge brand names.

nimble®Community Day 2016

Here are some of the highlights of our wonderful Community Day.

So many great moments, from Barry Sampson's keynote address, the sector discussions in breakout groups and the fantastic practitioner case studies from Karen at Autonet, Tammy at Europa Group, Paul at UPM and Richard at DFDS.

And the weather was kind too!

All in all, a great day. One that illustrated the power of our learning community.

Two of our practitioner case studies can be seen in their videos:

Reflections on a year of new faces

‘nimblets’ - you won’t find this collective noun in the dictionary! It’s the term we use for the dedicated, hard-working and creative folk who work for nimble®. Rather like bunnies, they’re multiplying as well. In 2015 we’ve been joined by:

Rory and Luke, who were introduced back in July as new members of our coding team. You can read more about their experience and what they do now by clicking here.

The Power of Collaboration

We’re still buzzing with excitement after the success of our nimble® Community Day. The number of delegates doubled compared to last year, a reminder of how many organisations are joining our community. Yet size isn’t everything! The greatest thrill came from the positivity generated by everyone, as shown in the comments from our evaluation sheets:

nimble® Community Day 2015

nimble® Community Day 2015

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for this year's nimble® Community Day.

It was great to see you all and you made the day a big success. Twice as big in fact as last year's event, with double the customers joining us for the day, including plenty of 'returning veterans' from last year.

It was lovely to see so many of you face-to-face and your feedback has been extremely encouraging. Here's just a few of your comments:

"We've enjoyed it as always. It's given us ideas, and that's what we came for."

Welcome Luke and Rory!

Staying cutting edge and customer friendly, intuitive and inspiring, works when you employ the best. And that’s what we’ve just done.

We’re very pleased to welcome Rory Conlan and Luke Clewlow to the company as our kingpins of coding. As with so many backroom boffins, they’re seldom seen by our clients, they work in the magical world of our IT offices in Bristol. However, you’ll experience their expertise by the simple and easy-to-use ways you produce courses using nimble®, by its interactivity and our ability to deliver what our customers tell us they need.

I’ve been a senior leader in an Outstanding secondary school for many years where the innovations I introduced raised achievement and improved teaching and learning significantly. As an education consultant I developed my paradigm into schools and colleges nationally, even extending it to train school leaders in China.

This follows our successful launch at the Learning Technologies 2014 Forum main event back in January where we were voted 'One to Watch' in an exit poll conducted at the exhibition.
