Reflections on a year of new faces

‘nimblets’ - you won’t find this collective noun in the dictionary! It’s the term we use for the dedicated, hard-working and creative folk who work for nimble®. Rather like bunnies, they’re multiplying as well. In 2015 we’ve been joined by:

We pride ourselves on responding to new developments and to requests from our customers. We think listening and responding to feedback is important, whether it’s on the phone, via email or even from our newsletters! That’s what keeps us nimble!

Top tips to get the best out of nimble®: How to look professional

You’re busy creating courses, the clock is against you, your mind is focused on the content and assessment; it’s easy to compromise on the professionalism of your work. We recommend a few simple tips to ensure your material is professional and your learners experience courses which look good in every way.

Here are 5 tips to get you started:

1. Have you branded your learner login area?
(If not, navigate to Settings, then Site, choose a background, logo and colour and finally click Save).

The Power of Collaboration

We’re still buzzing with excitement after the success of our nimble® Community Day. The number of delegates doubled compared to last year, a reminder of how many organisations are joining our community. Yet size isn’t everything! The greatest thrill came from the positivity generated by everyone, as shown in the comments from our evaluation sheets:

High Street favourites Laura Ashley & Crew Clothing join the nimble®Community

With online shopping putting pressure on the High Street, both Laura Ashley and Crew Clothing have decided to 'fight fire with fire' by investing in online training solutions to support their workforce. Each have a long-established and ever-growing presence throughout the streets of the UK making the co-ordination of training an increasing challenge. The adoption of eLearning has enabled both brands to create, supply and track training material for their personnel much more quickly, simply and easily.

nimble®Community Day Makes a Connection

We’re delighted to have received some really positive feedback about our nimble®Community day, recently staged at the regally rural Stonehouse Court Hotel in Gloucestershire. The purpose of the day was to connect nimble® customers with one another in order to facilitate shared awareness of nimble® user experiences, while highlighting the full spectrum of nimble’s® product functionality and capabilities.

Learning Light names nimble®LMS in its top eight performing learning management systems

A big thank you to the highly respected Learning Light. Their report has reviewed over 600 eLearning Management System (LMS) vendors world-wide and they chose nimble®LMS to sit within their top 8.
